Aries10 is led by Managing Consultant John Crawford.
Having operated at Board level, John has 29 years operational and
strategic business experience gained within blue chip global organisations,
including BAe Systems and Diageo PLC, as well as SMEs.
His business acumen has seen him involved in corporate change projects
in America, Australia and Europe.
Industry sectors that he has worked within include Engineering,
Manufacturing, FMCG, Construction, Retail, Healthcare and Hospitality.
This broad experience enables him to quickly understand issues and
challenges experienced by clients and provide them with appropriate
solutions.
He is an experienced coach and mentor, supporting directors and
managers in developing leadership styles, business cultures, and
organisational structures which allow them to effectively manage
their people, achieve growth and increase profitability.
John is CIPD qualified and has a Professional Diploma in Managing
Development and Change.
